皮克的新片《超人特攻隊2》，前面也照慣例放了短片《包子(Bao)》。對東方人來說這樣包餃子的婌應該不陌生，但是對西方人來說就不太悉了……這次皮克大啟用年28的裔加拿大人Domee Shi來執導這部短片，也是皮克有史以來第一個女性短片導演。她的身經歷對人來說很有共鳴，但是對一部分的西方人來說，似乎讓人覺得有點困惑。

是皮克第一個女性短片導演，Domee Shi在2011年進皮克實，2015年以《筋急轉彎》故事動畫師(Story Artist)的身分加入皮克
「我看得非常認真，但還是看不懂到底發生什麼事？」
「而且我的孩子們等了35分鐘，要開始時我們超期待的…然後拜託我們到底看了什麼？」
「(笑)我還是看不懂那個球是怎麼變成他兒子的？」
「這是個喻，因為那個球看起來像她兒子，而她兒子一直是她的，至少我是這麼的」
「那個＂球＂是他的小包子，她是在回她是怎麼養大他，然後他就離她而去」
這些人的例子只是被挑出來討論的少數，其他必其實也有更多覺得看不懂的人吧……但是對亞裔，尤其跟導演一樣有人血統的觀眾來說，那卻是非常能感同身受的感，於是對於其他觀眾對《包子》的冷嘲熱諷他們不太高興
